Chu-Ili Belt
Central Asian orogenic belt
East Star Resources has 364.3 km² of acreage across two licences in the Chu-Ili Belt – a Central Asian orogenic gold belt with gold-bearing vein and stockwork zones, and IRGS and shale deposits. The belt is significantly larger in scale to the Kalgoorlie gold district in Western Australia but has had very little regional or local geophysics applied to date, presenting a significant opportunity to apply modern exploration technology.
